Our second market of this year ! I have a goal of attending at least one market every month ! This market was held at the Austin St. market !
This time both my father, Phillip, and my mother, D’layne, both attended the market with me !

My dad is a very creative person he has a natural talent for art. He brought some of his creations to see what people would think of them. Everyone thought his are was super cool and great craftsmanship! If you see the tree that I use as a display for my necklaces, in the center of the photo, that is a creation of my father. He made that over 20 years ago, so it is well older then me haha ! Anyways he made some mini ones like that to sell. He would make a copper wire tree inside of a hag stone ! Very creative and innovative if you as me. He also made a koi pond all hand painted inside of resin layers. The actual pond is inside of a piece of wood too, absolutely stunning. The last creations he brought was melted aluminum that appears in a dripping/waterfall type style on drift wood stands. These also included beautiful quarts crystals.

My mom has a very unique, fun, whimsical style to her art. She expresses herself very well. To me, she very much looks and acts how her art appears. Ever since I was a kid she had this style, and I am so glad that she knows who she is, and how to express herself in a beautiful way. My mom has a energy behind her that everyone can feel. She is a very kind, sweetheart person, who radiates safe, and welcoming energy. Just like at the last market we went to, people were a bit the same with how they take in her expressive ways. When they come to look through her paintings everyone has a smile, makes them feel happy and light. A lot of her demographic of people who enjoy her art is children, I think it is the fun sparkly colors she uses along with her natural energy of safety that she has radiating from her. Her art is her therapy she says, and that is why she named herself as Dlayne’s therapy art.

I had a beyond blessed time here at the Austin St. Market. At the beginning of the day I was a little low on energy, the night before this market I made a couple posts on YouTube and some of them got some attention, I had a lot of positive and love sent my way, which I am so grateful for! There were a few people who were just unleashing bad vibes onto me which now doesn’t effect me at all , they just sucked some energy from me. Regardless of that, I soon felt like a ray of sunshine full with pure energy. All of the other venders at this event were so kind and so positive, it is a amazing community of people. The customers here were awesome they all were very kind, very supportive of my work and I appreciate every single interaction that I had received here. It is not about the amount of sales I make, It is the connection that I form with fellow people that matters most to me. I love to shine light upon others and I love to feel their positive light back upon me. This event was about 7 hours long total and I don’t think I stopped smiling for one second. I remember telling my family when we were on our way home that my face was sore from smiling so hard haha. This day marks the day of my first seashell sculpture to be sold. A beautiful soul came by and received the Positivity, Luck, and Abundance sculpture from the current collection of The Quiet Light. This market had a lot more people show up which I loved, I felt so confident and not have much of any anxiety for the whole thing. My soul is growing with every step I take and I can notice it. I am so thankful for all opportunities and support from all those around me, and I cannot wait to keep shining light to everywhere around me ! Thanks for reading this ! I love you, have a beautiful day ! <333
